January 2026 Meeting

November 2025 Program
Garden Guild members met on November 18, 2025 at Gayle McGraw's home. The program was plaited palm workshop. Gayle shared her lovely home and her techniques. We all learned many things and really enjoyed ourselves.

October 2025 Meeting
Garden Guild members met on October 16, 2025 at Jan Alswager's home.

The meeting included a presentation by the El Jardin Botanical de Chapala group as they were so appreciative of our contribution to their project.
The meeting included lunch by 4 Tu Sentido restaurant as Allegra and Margaret provided the Succulent Design Workshop at Jan Alswager's home.

May Garden Guild Luncheon
Garden Guild members met on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at D'Shanti's for lunch. There were four at the luncheon (Di Anne, Kenee, Jo, and Liz). This was to replace the May meeting.

April 2025 Meeting
Garden Guild members met on March 20, 2025 at the vivero behind Super Lake for a tour of the facility and a program on perrenials. Margaret Quinn made all arrangements and directed the program. So interesting!
Jan Alswager presided over the meeting after the tour at our luncheon location.
The meeting was followed by lunch at Unico. So much fun!

March 2025 Meeting

February 2025 Meeting
Garden Guild members met on February 18, 2025 at Jan Alswager's house.

It was Norma Hall's birthday so she got to blow out her candles on the arrangement that DiAnne Maczko brought. Gayle presented a fabulous program on leaf manipulation. Members got to work on their own leaves; it was so much fun!
Jan Alswager presided over the first meeting of her Presidency and did a fabulous job! We are so lucky to have her and all of our other members.
The meeting was followed by lunch at Huerto Cafe
January 2025 Luncheon at Bonnie's Home
Garden Guild members met on January 17, 2025 for a beautiful and delicious luncheon at Bonnie Newman's house. It was absolutely wonderful! The garden setting and beautiful sunny day added to the festive event. Members brought arrangements for the tables which were beautifully set. Business was conducted first, followed by Di Anne welcoming Gayle McGraw back as a member and presenting Gayle with her membership badge and Welcome Book. Bonne was presented with a card, copper watering can and plant mister. The members are so grateful to Bonnie for her leadership these past two years. The officers for 2025 were announced and welcomed. The caterers served delicious appetizers, followed by creamed cauliflower soup and chicken salad and a desert.
Thank you, Bonnie for hosting us! It was truly a fabulous event!!!
